The team's priorities were: the integration of natural light, the durability of the materials and the comfort and well-being of the students. A solar study led to the addition of curtain walls on the east-west face, thus optimizing natural light without affecting the heat factor.
Prévost architectural windows meet the needs of educational institutions as they are all capable of meeting the rigorous requirements of class AW-CP100, the most demanding of the current NAFS standard. Our windows and their hardware are well insulated. They are tested to resist air or water infiltration / exfiltration and to continue to perform even in case of extreme use.
