A new housing cooperative that has been awaited for 15 years has finally come to life! The Seigneurie of Longueuil is located near Carrefour de la Gare, Place Désormeaux, and the Saint-Hubert airport. It houses 157 units intended for independent individuals aged 55 and over.
This initiative addresses the need for affordable housing for seniors. Members of the cooperative can thus remain in their community and enjoy quality, accessible, and sustainable living environments. The design of the building includes Prévost's P-55 curtain wall, featuring innovative soundproofing and double glazing.
